BY BOOKING A MAKEUP APPOINTMENT YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS

Location:

WHEN BOOKING ONLINE: 141 O’CONNELL ST NORTH ADELAIDE

(Business Hub building upstairs)

Monday: 8:30am-5:00pm

Tuesday: 8:30am-5:00pm

Wednesday: 8:30am-5:00pm

Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm

Friday: 8:30am-5:00pm

Saturday: 8:30am–5:00pm

Sunday: 9:00am-4:00pm

Unfortunately the North Adelaide space is upstairs with access via stairs only.

If accessibility is an issue for you, please get in touch and we can work something out ♡

Please contact me for bookings outside of the above hours.

Bookings made before 6:30am or after 5pm will result in a surcharge.

CANCELLATIONS:

A cancellation fee of 50% of the booking will be applied for cancellations within 24 hours of appointment.

You will be unable to book another appointment until outstanding fees have been paid for.

If you are feeling unwell, please notify as soon as possible to cancel your appointment.

DAY OF APPOINTMENT:

Please adhere to the time that you have booked. Allow 15 minutes for parking as O'Connell street can get very busy.

LATE ARRIVALS/FEES:

If running late (even 5 minutes) please get in touch ASAP

If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be limited to what kind of makeup look can be completed (eg. just eyes or a minimal look). Please note: you will still be charged the full amount for the service booked.

If you are 30 minutes late to your appointment, this will result in an automatic cancellation of your appointment and you will be charged the full amount of the service booked

OR

IF makeup artist’s schedule can accommodate the late arrival, a late fee of $40 will be applied to the total amount payable.
